Let’s be honest here, we all have a bit of a crush on Wes Anderson. Seeing as we’re going on a team outing to watch The Grand Budapest Hotel next week (can’t wait), it seems apt to post a tribute of sorts to the great man. His attention to detail is second to none, from the hand-painted wallpaper in The Royal Tenenbaums (yes, you read that right, hand painted – go watch the DVD special features) to those gorgeous letterheads used by Sam & Suzy in Moonrise Kingdom, no item goes overlooked. Wes has quite the knack for creating beautiful scenes, and his films never cease to amaze. One admirer put together this compilation of the greatest centred scenes from his films; sit back and enjoy.
